I am not adapting well to being time poor. My life habits favour long incubation and high precision thought. Maybe more spiritual practice?

I recall your own advice from a few years back, to hire specialists for a specialist's job and let the polymaths do the high-level thinking.
That still seems like apt advice. Why not do that?
From the outside, seems clear the forethought -> 5-10 year payoff is what got you here.
