15 minutes of (mediocre) meditation. Pleasantly relaxed.
Rarely takes more than that to calm down, even if the session itself sucks.

Sounds perfect to me. The only mediocre meditation is the meditation that didn't happen.

Oh relax you two. I just meant I didn't have the greatest time while I was meditating - wasn't passing judgement on my 'performance'. :P

If anything, the sessions that feel the worst to sit through tend to have the most pleasant aftereffects - at least for me.

Giving it another 15 min before bed. Repeated, shorter sessions always feel the best when I'm restarting after a lapse.
