Despite not having a degree, I spent 3 years teaching people with degrees how to write. My respect for a B.A. is less than zero.

A B.A. is good, if you went into it wanting the knowledge it can actually offer. Most people don't.

One reason I quit uni was we had 3 mandatory textbooks from one prof in a year, and they were all demonstrably worse than established books.
