Used to be when I was angry, it would boil under my skin for days, weeks, months, years before erupting in... mildly unsettling fashion.

Now it flares up, does its thing and immediately dies down. That's a very abrupt change.

The effects of meditation seem to be very path-dependent. Many people feel greater compassion, but I never really lacked compassion.

Instead, I find that my tolerance for BS is disappearing awfully fast - whether it's jaded or overoptimistic BS. No patience for it anymore.
