Mmh. It's an insight vs, concentration thing, I think. My wife struggles more with the first, me with the second.

I seem to have persistent issues with thoughts. Surprisingly detached w/feelings and sensations, without active practice.

it doesn't take long to get VERY bored of your own thoughts, and to see they are mechanical/conditioned. Uninteresting.
