Mmh. It's an insight vs, concentration thing, I think. My wife struggles more with the first, me with the second.

it doesn't take long to get VERY bored of your own thoughts, and to see they are mechanical/conditioned. Uninteresting.

Sounds useful. Will try that in a moment. Having some trouble settling into work (boring start, but big payoff later).
