Mmh. It's an insight vs, concentration thing, I think. My wife struggles more with the first, me with the second.

the desire to do something is a very distinctive feeling. Notice it and meditate on it. So is resistance.

Concentration is easier and easier the more you have no desires/fears. You just rest on/in something.
