There's an awareness in me that I'm missing something, obvious from a different point of view than my own. Trying to find it. Not working.

One of the weirder side-effects of a lot of meditation (and rumination) is that you start sensing some of the holes in your awareness.

But a hole is a hole. You can only probe for it and try to understand what you're missing. You can't perceive it until something changes.

So my current method is to examine areas of life I've so far neglected, and shake a bit my head to see what comes out.
