Mmh, walking is like breath. It's tied both to automatic and "voluntary" mechanisms. Walking awarely = realizing you are not there

For some, the distractions of public spaces may be too much. But I just find it makes me more lucid. I struggle more sitting down.

But when I walk, breathe, look around automatically... easy to see I'm not -that-. That's a robot doing that. Helps w/awareness.

It would actually interest me to develop similarly kinetic techniques for concentration & emotions, too. I'll look into that.
