Glad you like it! Sure, the open awareness stuff is pretty straightforward vipassana (but any similar technique should work).

Accepting all sensory impressions, incl. thoughts/feelings, observing without lingering on anything. Same technique for walking.

It is definitely the simplest technique of the 3, at least in the setting of sitting down to meditate for an hour.

For walking, I think there are some detailed techniques out there. I just decided to decide to walk & meditate, and it worked.

As for vipassana, the problem is it's too simple to teach easily. It ends up like that joke about aerobics:

Mmh, walking is like breath. It's tied both to automatic and "voluntary" mechanisms. Walking awarely = realizing you are not there

For some, the distractions of public spaces may be too much. But I just find it makes me more lucid. I struggle more sitting down.
