Monday was Day 21. It was 1hr. Missed yesterday. Today was Day 22. 1hr. Felt like it was mostly me in my head, especially the emotional processing session, because there are some things I’m currently anxious about.

Yesterday was day 24. 1hr. Today is day 25. 1hr. Random thoughts that came up: - There is no ultimate reference point, just many reference points that one can use to construct meaning. - “I” is both “inside” and “outside” of “you.” Highly intriguing when it clicks.

Haven't meditated in 7 days. Adding it to the thread, because it's continuity of some sort. There's also some esoteric bullshit I could add about how the realization isn't in the meditation but too much effort required. All I'll say is Happy Easter y'all.

Day 27. 30 min. Don’t have the time I used to so I’ll just keep it to 30 min so I can be consistent and have my longer sessions over the weekend. Something I noticed today: beliefs aren’t just information we hold about the world, they aren’t just a simple overlay 1.

They are actual objects in themselves that have a felt sense/weight and actually affect how things feel. It sounds like plain sense, but it’s a very interesting experience to notice a belief adding its element to your sensation in real time.

No. The best I can do is remain still and not project into anything. Right now any attempt to toggle a filter just creates a new filter, or at least requires the creation of one.
