Well, Biden was already going to lose the midterms, but my guess is that Congress might lose enough democrats so that he doesn't just get impeached, but convicted, thanks to the effects of all these sanctions.

The US ruling class seems far, far too inbred to want to prosecute any of their own. This would set a healthy precedent.
