What's the deal with the crown chakra?
It's the only one I've never experienced any energetic phenomena with (that I could recognize, at least)

I spent a bunch of time with root chakra stuff in 2020, especially being able to feel desire and anger
Recently I've dealt more with stuff in my belly and throat I spent some time with when I was circling more (and still come back to as a cue to pay attention to what I'm saying)

Solar plexus I've never made much progress on, but I definitely have a big fucking knot there that comes back on and off
And forehead, I'm not certain, but I have played around with my personal "seeing" which I associate with third-eye

I also picked all this up from talking to people, so if someone wants to suggest cool short readings on chakras I'd probably check them out
