I have become an odd kind of sleep deprived where, even if I sleep well, I'm still sleep-deprived. This has to be some kind of nutrient deficiency, right?

I bought 500mg magnesium on Amazon for 6$. Started with every other day for 6 days then every day. By the 7th day I felt normal like I hadn't in a long time. Day 20 now and I dont nap anymore and my fatigue dips are almost gone. Energy just keeps going up.
