Small marker of not meditating enough: Felt dehydrated, filled myself a big glass of water and went to my room. In my room, spotted some mess and went to clean it up, setting my glass aside first. Later, thought it was an old glass of water and poured it out in the sink.

One of the greatest small-scale benefits of chronic meditation is things like this taking much longer to leave your working memory.

I see. Recently I managed to stick to a daily meditation of about one hour length for two month and now doing it less regular. It definitely helps with managing anxiety and facing problems.
