Have you tried meditations or sound effects. I got recommend the @relaxmelodies app and its really helped me and there's plenty of things on there without upgrading to premium you can use.

I do mantras or listen to music if I want to work with sound, or else I go somewhere far from people and listen to the sounds of nature.
You can certainly do sound effects too. White or brown noise is good if you like trippy hallucinations.

That lovely to meditate outside hearing the nature sounds.. especially near a river or waterfall. 😁😃, and if its in a hill or mountain.. its hetric !

Even just the birdsong outside the window will do for a moment's peace from the noisiness of people.

It brings back the peacefulness of mind. And to relax and to remain calm and it gives us a lot of time to relax.
