Have you tried meditations or sound effects. I got recommend the @relaxmelodies app and its really helped me and there's plenty of things on there without upgrading to premium you can use.

I do mantras or listen to music if I want to work with sound, or else I go somewhere far from people and listen to the sounds of nature. You can certainly do sound effects too. White or brown noise is good if you like trippy hallucinations.
