When meditation through movement is properly motivated, there is only movement and no meditation.

You dance through the world because the world dances through you.

You can't do this correctly. You are either doing it or not doing it. When you are not doing it, you are doing it correctly.

This is how you walk, past learning to walk. This is how you speak, past learning to speak. This is merely a continuation of that same principle.
