Sort of wondering why most discussions around talent, doing quality work, work ethic and lacks in any of these areas tend to be so unsophisticated.
Feels like in general, any serious reckoning with overcoming mental blocks is either trivialized ("just do it") or exaggerated.

Yeah, I'm not saying it is inherently mysterious. Rather that the deliberate and/or thoughtless obfuscation leaves something to be desired.
That chuds want dumb simplifications shouldn't always decide. Market forces are one thing, cultural authenticity & subtlety another.
