Figured out I've developed some strain injuries I had best correct before going into a full-on exercise routine like the old days.
Bought some weights to train some underutilized muscles.
What else for rehab?
Postural yoga, I suppose, but open to other possibilities as well.

Seen some claims both in favor and to the contrary, depending on the specific objective of practice.
For me, it's mostly that some ordinary activities cause weakness-inducing pain.
Warmups mitigate, but ultimately it reflects damage to ligaments or something else of that nature - i.e. requiring some rehab.
