Ever hallucinated something that was not unreal, but simply dislocated in spacetime?

two nights back i was sitting at home meditating, but seeing across town like i was floating in the air. could move around, seeing old people on the toilet, pictures on the walls. with #aphantasia i am unable replay those images back now. when i do not choose i see random people.

two night back i started trying to wave and talk. got startled people. no sound in my mind so i don't know what they were mouthing. this is possibly entirely mental construction, there was a lot of detail. i forgot already who i tried to visit, no friends said anything.

but probably tried to visit Einstein or something, not thinking of confirmation, going for insight. better objectives next time. doing this takes a lot out of me (medicine required due to #aphantasia) and weeks to be back to 'normal'. could also be different wavefunction branches

My experience with any genuinely visionary experience is that it tends to twist your insides until they are out.
Seems to be worse with any kind of bodily ailment or weakness. Going to revisit strength training myself for that very reason.

i was definitely churning some stuff then. i recently got weights to strap on my legs and arms all the time for the reason you mention :)
