2: There are good models of authority you can exercise, even if you are a flawed-ass monkey who will inevitably mess up and do wrong sometimes.
Cultivating these is more important the more influential you get, but best start early.

3: Mental limits are hard limits so long as you truly believe in them.
I keep having weird energy spike events after certain therapy sessions - free-floating or inhibited nervous energy gets freed up or else gathered around new realizations, can then be utilized freely.
