Awe is it for me. Every now and again I find myself in a state of, "how is ALL of this even happening right now?" It's LITERALLY crazy to think about.

for me, brain on its own can only produce confusion in response to realiity, my brain has weakened my heart, my true center. my brain and heart are inclined to form true connection, to strengthen what is already the center
