Trying to work out the component pieces of putting myself into flow states throughout the day. Feel like I'm starting to get a decent overview of component pieces, but something about how they fit together is still eluding me. Fun exercise, though; highly recommend.

One of the things I despise about most productivity advice is that it's just about that - how to do more work, better - but there are so many ways to plunge into the depths of literally any activity. There need normally be very little distinction between work and play.
