Learning to give rudimentary massages is one of the best things I've done for the health of my hands after abusing mouse and keyboard for decades.
Of course, you have to learn to utilize both your body and hands correctly to avoid replacing one kind of injury with another...

Still, my hands haven't been this healthy for the better part of a decade. Strongly endorse doing this if you have any interest.

Huh, learning to give massages is on my bucket list but knowing it's that good for your hands is a hell of a motivator
How'd you start learning?

Tbh, I just built on some natural sensibilities. My hands are very sensitive when I'm in the right frame of mind.
Somehow know how to soothe people by touch, for example - willing recipients, mind you!!!
That said, I started leveling up my technical ability via online sources.

Ultimately, I plan to learn to do this professionally via some courses when I can afford to, but so long as you're not doing too much crazy stuff you should be fine as an amateur just by looking up some advice etc.
Generally speaking, "how do I learn X?" is a trap question and the only real answer is either muddling through, or for stuff that requires a certificate, getting the relevant education.
I've also wasted countless hours asking myself and others this, so I don't mean this harshly.
