I can't dance for shit. Poor sense of rhythm, no coordination, sub-par physical condition.
Still, it's one of my favourite toold for concentration practice. Few things as conducive to absorption states as rhythmic movement.

For insight/awarness, fear states can be great. But only with deep mastery of joy/equanimity-producing practices.

Actually, don't practice awareness at all until you're deeply comfortable with concentration practice.
Awareness without focus in the current climate is a recipe for anxiety and depression.
