A big red flag I'm seeing everywhere now: all the feel-good advice to stop "operating from a place of fear". The only way to fearlessness is right through the middle of your biggest fear, not through avoiding it. If your guru, teacher or therapist advises you against it, RUN.

I don't even feel all that much fear and I still have to make a bunch of decisions that tend to get tarred with that same brush. Risk assessments have to be made. Cost/benefit analyses run. Situational alertness has to be maintained. These are all just operational necessities.

Don't you trust that everything is perfect just the way it is, love is all there is, and things will take care of themselves in the end? Ain't easy getting over the fact that if the Universe is pure love, their love language is sending a deadly pandemic on the world.

I mean, when these claims are made sincerely, they are metaphysical claims. This fallen world is still a shithole. Lived experience can be absolute hell. All this hippie positivity BS is misappropriating something that, in any case, is no solution to worldly problems.
