I am entirely unsurprised and yet thoroughly frustrated that almost nobody will take my advice to buy basic essentials seriously.
Outside of that, it's a huge mess honestly. Therapy is very effectively putting my brain in the trashcan, in a simultaneously good and awful way.

... and outside of that, life has just been doing its level best to flatten me for the last 6 months. Or 4 years. I lost count.
One byproduct of the therapy is I feel a great deal more agency in the situation. But given how messed up I am, that's not necessarily a good thing.
