FOMO goads/pushes, while inspiration pulls...FOMO seems useful for time sensitive sprints but has danger to mislead to get something one doesn’t actually want. Inspiration though can be lazy. What’s a word for negative FOMO (like, fear of not achieving a non-outcome)?

Yes but loss aversion tends to promote sedentary and non action, whereas FOMO calatyzes action
