In my home city of Norwich, UK, a couple of inches of snow can grind traffic in the centre to a halt for hours.
Not prepared for it, not used to it, not designed for it.
We could be about to see the same effect with US & UK healthcare, & Coronavirus.

If only it were only the US and UK...
Central European hypochondria (and total lack of effective health care admin) makes it so you have to stand in a line for 30 minutes on a regular weekday just to *maybe* get a doctor's appointment.
This with no pandemic in sight
