lol just getting back into daily 1hr meditation after like a 3-4 month break
that knowledge/speculation is coming from research into psychology, emotions, therapy, etc
A couple of times last year I had some odd flashes of intense emotional pain (when I was in the midst of meditating daily), that demonstrably proved to me something was messed up beyond what medication could do
Medication doesn't do much except help manage behavior, afaict.
The whole 'actually being fucked up' part remains largely unchanged w/o sustained effort.
