My therapist reframing my anger as a way of being moreso than a behavioural issue was sort of vertigo-inducing.
More still the notion that this has several advantages besides the obvious disadvantages.
My angry side is definitely more useful in a lot of respects.

But channeling anger usefully without causing pointless collateral damage or outsize consequences is hard. Very hard.
I'm still in very early stages of applying positive anger expression. It's uncomfortably high-risk, but feels necessary.
