It's more that my normal level of executive function is subnormal, and also that I don't experience a range of normal side-effects (fractured cognition, etc.)
People who do speed recreationally tend to end up like me in my normal state: frittering away, starting a million things and finishing none.
Conversely, I finally just Do things instead of milling about.
