Or stimulants stronger than coffee in general, really. Recently had a severe sinus infection and medicated on pseudoephedrine for a while.
Turned into a functional human being for once... while severely ill.

It's more that my normal level of executive function is subnormal, and also that I don't experience a range of normal side-effects (fractured cognition, etc.)
