Depending on the situation: What would have to happen for me to change my mind on X? In what ways X is true? In what ways the opposite is true? How would X look like if it were easy? How does success look like? What can I put my whole heart into? What am I unwilling to feel?

People consistently fail to ask themselves very basic questions of physiology and well-being, like "do I feel good in my current posture?" These are all Good Questions, but probably best approached as grounds for habit development.

I mean it's realistically impossible to pay attention to all the cues with the massive executive function load we live under. Hence, best option is to note problem areas in which to deliberately create good habits. Once said habits hit unconscious competence, you're set.
