it’s not a fixed day but when i was at the peak of my twitter powers a few weeks ago i was crying like once a week and i’ve slacked off since then, hoping to catch up today

I was more surprised at the implied length of reaction time, given this is you we're talking about.
Usually I cry instantaneously or instantaneously + time until I'm alone/around people I can trust.
This happens maybe once a week on average, but I don't keep much track of it.

i am, regrettably, rarely around people i can trust in the relevant way 😐 when i do sessions with myself i go off to a spot near the water where i can be alone
