The dissolution of traumas or the loosening of attachments is a process you can do simply (if messily) in private, or with a teacher. Try doing it in vivo, right in the middle of everything else. 'Simple' doesn't fit into that, anywhere.

It was genuinely so agonizing that I was stuck either just in agony or complaining about it. Worst sustained pain I've ever experienced. 0 breaks. Couldn't focus enough to do anything, and too much in pain to take any perspective on it.
