So, keeping up my pattern of having extremely bizarre dreams that capture stuff about the present/near future.
Going to start a dream journal again to improve recollection. Anyone using any other techniques that are worth looking into?

There are many herbs and supplements you can take to increase both dreaming and recall. Some work better than others. 5-HTP often induces dreaming for me.
