May turn out treatable someday, but psychopathy distinguishes itself in being congenital. Psychopathy is visibly expressed by kindergarden age, sometimes earlier. Most personality disorders, mood disorders etc. only present full range of symptoms by your teens.

I have my doubts about efficacy there. Personality disorders are treatable inasmuch as they represent maladaptive developments on certain baseline traits. With psychopathy the distinguishing feature is the absence of certain traits, not maladaptation.

Psychopathy can also be induced permanently (brain injury) or temporarily (using electronic stimulation) - the physiological prerequisites are more or less established.
