Yeah. I just caught wind like this week that an environmental engineering degree might be doable for me in Warsaw.
Timeline of 3-4 years for some basic training doesn't seem too crazy optimistic, so hopefully that pans out.

Also, the basics of arc-welding is easy to learn. Getting it consistent just takes regular practise.
Same for any of the practical skills.
Make the most of your workshop time. :D

Also note that my welding sucks.
Basic functionality, but not to the water-tight level.
