Yes, but this is a dark, dark place to visit. Big reason why I refuse to touch politics, so far. I'm not cut out for sequestered thinking. And the inevitable outcome of thinking holistically is seeing that there's some serious shit that needs doing. And little of it good, ATM.

I grew up as a left-winger in a (wonderful) mostly conservative household. Reading both National Review and Noam Chomsky in my teens. Have been up to my eyeballs in politics and future scenarios since my teens.
