Every surface of every building is tarnished if not dilapidated. Soot, rot, mold.
The urban landscape looks like Le Corbusier was let loose to roam the Earth as a vengeful ghost and chose this as his primary haunting grounds.
'Ugly' doesn't even come close to describing it.
