turns out I can meditate while playing World of Warcraft. As with most skills, you have to really want it to get it... ;)

helps to meditate for about 20 minutes before playing. Gets it set. Then it's easy to maintain, MMORPgs are pretty mindless.

I was trancing out pretty hard the entire time I was playing Classic. Except in the fucking Centaur oasis in the Barrens. Fuck that whole area.
