I just don't find people interesting sexually if I don't also find them interesting personally, so I tend never to run into this at all.

Just curious as well.
I get the sense that people mean following someone purely on the basis of hotness. But that implies not finding anything else interesting.
That sounds almost like intellectual pedophilia. Not really my thing.

I have had an attraction to someone who's not intellectually (3D/objective thinking) curious, but IS philosophically curious (4D/universal thinking). So hopefully that doesn't count.
