Oh, for sure. I'm so far down the Cutting Machinery rabbit hole now that seeing it all the way through is a top priority, though.

That's exactly the right method, I think. Ease into the gnosis.
I got over my anger issues largely by not trying to get over them, but just letting them play out at the lowest possible intensity I could achieve.
