say "thank you Body." It's always lovely when the body give you the correct feedback. "No this is bad for you and it feels like shit." The problem is when something is bad for you and feels good.

Body is extremely acute about that lately. Feedback is extremely precise, even with mixed good/bad (alcohol). Nicotine is pure, pure evil, though. Just beyond awful. Complete, total disgust.

I quit overnight! But I had only smoked for a few years, and firmly intended to quit by 25 the entire time. I hear it gets harder and harder the longer you smoke.
