More than an hour on from taking two drags of a cigarette, and my body is still having getting hit with waves of nausea.
And I used to smoke a pack a day.

say "thank you Body." It's always lovely when the body give you the correct feedback. "No this is bad for you and it feels like shit." The problem is when something is bad for you and feels good.

Body is extremely acute about that lately. Feedback is extremely precise, even with mixed good/bad (alcohol).
Nicotine is pure, pure evil, though. Just beyond awful. Complete, total disgust.

Stopping smoking is way more difficult than giving up alcohol.
I've tried 4 times and it still hasn't stuck.

I quit overnight!
But I had only smoked for a few years, and firmly intended to quit by 25 the entire time.
I hear it gets harder and harder the longer you smoke.
