One slightly surprising side-effect of more embodied awareness is that I eat far, far less food than before.
I can't eat more than two meals a day, often just one. It just feels terrible. Overall almost halved my food consumption.

Yes. I feel a lot like I need to "figure something out", but dominant impulse is to stay put and just keep up the intensity when possible.
Not sure which to trust, but have been leaning towards the latter.

I also find I'm constantly either hyper-energized or needing a lot of rest. Almost like a growth spurt in childhood.
