Pretty sure you mentioned this somewhere, but there is also the complimentary not paying attention to things you don't care about.
My own tweeting is a lot cleaner and more straightforward to my interests, fewer pointless distractions.
Account has been growing way faster.
And ofc, life itself has less distracting BS vs. things I enjoy spending time on.
