It's not an anti-label stance on my part. I just find several things about Buddhism very disagreeable, and I don't buy into it.

Yeah, I've already experience the trappings of a religion (Baha'i) and I have no interested in experiencing the trappings of another. But there are some great techniques that I find valuable, of course.
