Has anyone posited tragedy of the commons using shared toilets yet? Seems more fruitful than the original case study.

Cleaners did this floor 30 minutes ago. Properly.
Since then, some morons have thrown water all over the floor, missed the bin with some paper towels, peed on god knows what but it smells...
It's not men's room at a pub on a Saturday night levels of bad, but it's bad.

I should add this is at work, so no way there people don't intend to use the toilet again.
